A pet for Job?

Job 41:5  Will you play with him as with a bird,

or will you put him on a leash for your girls?

I really appreciate the sarcastic humor we find in the Bible.  In Job 41, God is asking Job if he would like to bring this creature, called a leviathan, home as a pet and play with it? Put it on a leash and let his girsl play with it?  I don’t think I would!  This Leviathan was “a large creature, identity unknown”. Some Bible commentaries say that the Leviathan is a crocodile or even a whale, but that does not fit with the description we will read later in the chapter.

The main point here seems to be that if Job can’t stand against this creature, then how does he think he can he possibly stand against God who created this creature?
